Release comes in a gatefold sleeve with a "billion dollar bill" and a full colour inner sleeve with lyrics on one side and photo of band on the other. The left panel of inner gatefold is comprised of punch-out trading card-style photos of the band. Located on left panel behind punch-out cards (Unipak style gatefold) are the liner notes/credits for the album, only accessible by removing or “punching-out” trading cards.
Spine has Shorewood Packaging Corp. Of Canada Ltd. logo followed by 'LITHO IN CANADA'.
