Issue with 43 West 61st St., New York 23 address. A division of Liberty Records, Inc. on label middle. Rudy Van Gelder stamp on one side of the dead wax & RVG on the other. The "NO STEREO" designation printed on the back cover was only used for a short time at the beginning of the Liberty years and is typically found on titles where no stereo tape exists.
