Record Store Day Exclusive 4-21-2012. Packaged in a gatefold jacket with custom-printed Sundazed company inner sleeves made of brown kraft paper. Tracks B & D were originally credited to just Don Vliet [prior to his name-change]. So, they are certainly quasi-repro A&M labels. Mortensen's 'Services call-up' caused St. Clair to go on drums, with Hepner replacing. However, by 'Moonchild' P.G. was back on drums - so the sleeve crediting is questionable. Cover, L-to-R; Moon, Handley, Hepner, Vliet, St. Clair [he never used Snouffer - a Buddah credit error on Mirror Man] "Diddy Wah Diddy," "Who Do You Think You're Fooling," and "Frying Pan" recorded January 13, 1966. "Moonchild" recorded June 1966. Recorded at Sunset Sound Recorders, Hollywood, CA © ℗ 2012 Side A: Arc Music/Hoochie Coochie Music (BMI) Sides B & D: Stelen Music (BMI) Side C: SONY/ATV Tunes (ASCAP) Photos courtesy of John French Special thanks to John French, Jerry Handley, Doug Moon, Steve Froy, Bill Levinson, Bryan Koniarz, Gene Zacharewicz, and Howard Tucker.
