Picture Disc has E.T. (headshot with glowing finger tip) in bushes on one side and boy riding bicycle across the sky with E.T. in basket on the other side (neither side has a label). The only disc information is printed on the rectangular label. No other credits are given. Without tracklising information printed on label or disc, all tracklisting information is assumed to be the same as the other US Soundtrack LP release. Came in a clear PVC sleeve.
