“This record was reproduced from the original master tape and pressed on 150 gram Teldec virgin vinyl. Absolutely no equalization, compression or signal-altering device was used in the process.
As a result of “direct metal mastering” (DMM) it is not necessary to spread recorded material to the end of the record; inner-groove distortion is greatly reduced while maintaining the dynamic range of the master tape.”
