Effective immediately, The Record Centre is no longer able to ship orders directly to the following countries:

Austria · Belgium · Czech Republic · Finland · France · Germany · Luxembourg · Portugal

This decision was not made lightly. Canada Post has discontinued parcel service to these destinations in response to new import fee regulations recently imposed by those countries on small parcels entering from abroad. These changes have made standard postal delivery to these markets unworkable, and as a result our normal shipping options are no longer available.

We know this is frustrating news, particularly for our European customers who have been ordering from us for years. We genuinely value that relationship and are sorry for the disruption.

What Happens Next

We will continue to monitor this situation closely and remain hopeful that a workable solution emerges. If and when Canada Post resumes service to any of these destinations — or if we identify reliable alternative carriers — we will update our shipping policies accordingly and post an announcement here.

In the meantime, orders to all other countries we currently serve continue without interruption.
