While we continue to service and clean all the vintage audio equipment we sell in the store, we haven’t been able to offer walk-in repairs for a number of years now — not since the pandemic — due to the fact that our trusted service partner retired.

We will continue to do basic service and tune-ups on turntables: Adjustments, replacement of connector cables, belts, stylii, and cartridges.

But even for these basic services, we ask that you call in advance to ensure we have room in the shop and that we can do a quick turn-around on your particular issue.

If you’re in doubt about whether we can help you with a repair, call us in advance or drop in to chat. If we’re not able to do the servicing ourselves, we can sometimes recommend a third party to help you with the repair.
