The golden CD is housed in a pop-up 3D style package (26x26 cm black box). .
Included is a 24-page booklet stored underneath the digipak tray.
Some copies came with a poster.
This US-release has also been distributed for a short time in UK & Europe. The US-barcode on the back of the box was pasted over with a sticker with the European barcode and cat. number - see last pic.
