This release is a modified version of Columbia PC 9253 reissue from 1977. White writing on black front cover. Pink logo, Miles' face and Stereo logo on front cover.
Frontcover: CBS 'eye' sticker covering original Columbia logo.
Backcover: CBS 'eye' sticker covering original Columbia logo, but KCS 9253 still visible.

Spine has 'Columbia Stereo' and PC 9253.
Center labels has a 'sticker ring' with the CBS 'eye' covering the original Columbia circle logo,
