A very heavy boxset containing nine discs, a 112-page hardcover book, a set of eight postcards in a black printed envelope and a black cardboard display stand.
Some initial sealed copies came with a black hype sticker and a track-by-track listing sticker attached to the shrink-wrap (see images).
