In the cycle of compositions "From The Seven Days" written in May 1968, Communion and Intensity (both May 9th 1968) are the eleventh and ninth text respectively. Twelve titles were recorded for the Westdeutscher Rundfunk Cologne from the 26th to the 31st of August 1969 with eleven musicians -each title with a different instrumentation- in the Georg-Moller-Haus (a masonic lodge) in Darmstadt and subsequently performed in six public seminars from the 1st to the 4th of September 1969 in the Sporthalle am Böllenfalltor during the International Courses for New Music.
