There is a large die cut hole in the centre of the cover displaying the disc.
Band member signatures appear in the runout groove.
Back cover: "Properly cared for, the enclosed disc will play with virtually inaudible frequency loss. Care should be taken to keep the record in its original condition. Avoid touching or rubbing metal playing surfaces. To clean record, use DRY Groove Brush, do not use cleaning or antistatic liquids"
