Original pressing, 500 copies. 66 copies have hand-painted lettering, with glow-in-the-dark paint, available by mailorder only. Lettering in "Back From the Grave" is white. Front Cover says "17 Rockin' 1966 Punkers". No Morristown, NJ address on the back. No barcode. Liner notes on back cover. Labels are light green. Hidden bonus track end of side B. (The Witch by J.
